You have 15 days
If you are not happy with what you received, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full cash refund.
Condition of the item
The item should be unused and in the condition you received it, with its packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept something that has been used, washed or damaged after delivery.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and similar personal items can only be returned if the packaging is still sealed and unopened — unless the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong thing, in which case it is always covered.
If we made the mistake
If your parcel arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, that is on us: we replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the delivery cost both ways. Please take a photo before the item is used and send it to us on WhatsApp — it makes the whole thing quick.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp, or call, within 15 days of delivery.
- Tell us your order number and what the problem is (a photo helps).
- We confirm the return and tell you how to send the item back.
- Once the item reaches us and we check it, your refund is paid.
Refunds
Refunds are paid in cash, or by easypaisa / JazzCash / bank transfer to the account you tell us — whichever is easier for you. We process it within a few days of receiving the item back.
Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched — just message us with your order number.
