Delivery time
Orders are dispatched after we confirm them with you on call or WhatsApp. Once dispatched, delivery anywhere in Pakistan normally takes 3 to 5 working days.
Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days. During sale periods or bad weather a courier can take a little longer — if your order is delayed, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check it for you.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery anywhere in Pakistan: Rs. 200
- Orders of Rs. 2,000 or more: free delivery
The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you place the order, so there is never a surprise amount at your door.
Payment
We deliver cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your parcel reaches you — nothing is paid in advance, and we never ask for your card or bank details.
Order confirmation
After you place an order we call or WhatsApp you on the number you entered to confirm it. Please keep that number switched on — if we cannot reach you after a few attempts, the order may be cancelled.
