Used once or twice a week in place of conditioner: work it through washed, towel-dried hair, leave it 10-15 minutes, then rinse. It puts weight and softness back into hair that has been bleached, straightened or blow-dried hard, and calms frizz for the rest of the week. Big tub, so it lasts.
